Rising through the clouds from the range to its first summit — a fraction of the full ascent.

A scroll-driven tour of the ten highest summits in the Rocky Mountains, all in Colorado and all above 14,270 feet. You begin looking across the Sawatch Range and rise through the clouds to each peak in turn, tallest first. Every summit is a 3D model built from USGS elevation data that turns slowly, so you can see it from every side. A live temperature reading for each summit comes from Open-Meteo, and the elevations and coordinates come from NOAA datasheets.
